1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zp77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the zp77 website at https://zp77.app and all services, games, wagering facilities, promotions and content offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the zp77 Platform and must close your account if one has already been created.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain a zp77 account and to use the services of the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity — corporate entities and agents may not register as players.

• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of an employee or officer of zp77 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

zp77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence of age, identity and address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of account activity and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the zp77 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, with the same payment method, from the same device, or from the same IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

Account Holder Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number.
• All activity that takes place under your account credentials is deemed to have been performed by you. zp77 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login information.
• You must notify zp77 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact support at [email protected].
• zp77 may close or suspend an account that has been inactive for an extended period and reserves the right to apply dormancy fees in accordance with our published fee schedule.

KYC Verification

zp77 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Before processing any withdrawal request, zp77 may require you to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC requests must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified by the support team. Pending KYC completion, withdrawal requests will be held in queue and no interest will accrue on held funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

zp77 accepts deposits via the following methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are normally credited to your zp77 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. zp77 accepts no liability for delays caused by payment processing services outside of our direct control.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a full KYC review.
• zp77 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check your provider's terms before initiating a transfer.
• zp77 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit transaction if it is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other prohibited conduct.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method — bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within one to four business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) working hours.

• zp77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests. This may include requesting supporting documents or contacting the player via their registered mobile number.

General Bonus Rules

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to exploit promotional structures.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your relationship with zp77.

zp77 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited activity. Players found to be in breach of this section will have all associated accounts closed and all balances forfeited, regardless of whether the funds originate from deposits or winnings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the zp77 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, audio and visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of zp77 or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the zp77 Platform without prior written consent from zp77. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zp77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or failure to store content, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if zp77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zp77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your zp77 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

zp77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where an amendment is material — for example, a change that significantly affects players' rights or obligations — zp77 will provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
